Introduction

This guide walks you through adding your car to the STROOHM app, connecting it for smart charging features, and managing your vehicle settings.

Add your car

If you have a company car, your fleet manager must add the vehicle (since the company owns it) and invite you - the employee - as a user.

Contact your fleet manager if your vehicle isn't yet available in the system.

1. Under navigation to Me
2. Click on +Add car or View more
3. Select the brand of your car
4. Select your model

To manage your car in the STROOHM app, you have two options:

• Add and connect your car (recommended): this creates a direct link between your vehicle and the STROOHM app. This enables smart features like real-time battery level monitoring and automated charging decisions.
• Add your car: this means providing basic information about your vehicle to improve your charging experience. This includes details like your car model, battery size, and license plate.

Option 1: Add and connect your car (recommended)

1. After you have selected your model, click on Log in to to start the integration
2. Read the terms and permissions and click on Continue
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your car (the specific steps vary by vehicle brand and model).
4. Select which car to connect (in case multiple cars have been identified in your car account)
5. Select the connector of the car
