In this guide, you will learn how to add and manage charge keys for your personal wallet. We'll cover different methods to pair charge keys, ordering new ones, and what to do if you lose a charge key.
A convenient way to start a charge is using charge keys. You can order a charge key from STROOHM, or you can also just pair a different charge key, as long as it has an id number with 8, 14, 16 or 20 characters.
When you add a charge key to your STROOHM Wallet, it becomes an extension of your virtual STROOHM Wallet and therefore, you will pay via STROOHM.

Note: If your personal wallet has a negative balance, you cannot start a charge session. With a payment method set up or auto refill, your wallet will automatically top up. Without one, you'll need to manually add funds before charging.
