This guide helps you with finding charge points with the STROOHM app. We show you how to locate available charging stations, apply filters to find exactly what you need, save your favorite locations, and search for charge points anywhere you plan to go.
The easiest way to find a charge point is to navigate to the Map tab in the navigation bar. You can view charge points near your current location (navigation icon) or use the search bar (magnifying glass icon) to find available charge points at a specific address.
You can filter the charge points you see on the map, so you can easily find the charge point that suits your charging needs. To begin filtering, click on Map and then on the filter icon.

Note: Once you've added your car, you can filter the map to show only compatible charge points with your EV.

|---|---|
| Charger availability | Select to see only available chargers or those that offer SmartQueue as well |
| Set maximum kWh price | Filter out charge points by price, by putting in the maximum price you want to pay per kWh |
| Minimum charging speed | Set how fast you want to charge the car |
| Starting method | Select how you want to start the charge (App, Card Terminal, Charge key or AutoCharge |
| Connector type | Select which car you want to charge and see only charge points with compatible cables. |
| Filter by Operator or Team | Select which charge points you want to see. For example, you can select to only see STROOHM operated charge points |
