This guide will walk you through the process of adding your NRG Kick charge point to the Stroohm app. While the process involves several steps, this comprehensive guide ensures a smooth setup that will enable you to manage and control your charging sessions through Stroohm.

This is a guide that shows how to install Stroohm on your charge point.
Please note that when you connect your charge point to Stroohm, we become the operator of the charge point. This means that you need to use Stroohm to control the charging process.

Note: NRG Kick charge points must be added by users themselves, as fleet managers cannot add them on behalf of employees.

First, connect the NRGkick charging unit to an outlet.
Then, download the free NRGkick App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Make sure to enable Bluetooth on your device.
After opening the NRGkick App, it searches for your charging unit within Bluetooth-range first (app. 10m). When it found your NRGkick, it will appear as User01.
Click on the User01 button to initiate the Setup Wizard, which will guide you through the next steps.
The setup also includes connecting the unit to a nearby WiFi network – make sure to configure it, if your NRGkick does not have an internal SIM for internet connection.
